1. General Information & Scope

By accessing this website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

This website is operated by CROWNS AND COINS, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA

 ("we", "us", "our").
Our online store is intended exclusively for private consumers. Purchases for commercial or business purposes are not permitted via the standard online checkout and require prior written agreement.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through this website and form the basis of any contract between you and us.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to access this website and place an order.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age, and
  • you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products offered on this website under the laws applicable to you.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if these requirements are not met.

3. Legal Responsibility & Compliance

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify whether the ordered products are legal in their country, state, or region.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you have checked the legality of the products in your jurisdiction, and
  • the importation, possession, and ownership of the products complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

We do not accept liability for shipments that are delayed, seized, confiscated, or restricted by customs authorities or local regulations.  (up to discussion due to shipping protection)*

4. Product Classification & Disclaimer

All products sold on this website are offered strictly as collectible items only.

No claims are made regarding:

  • use,
  • effects,
  • suitability for consumption,
  • medical, therapeutic, or health-related purposes.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the handling, possession, and storage of all purchased items.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

By placing an order and actively confirming "I agree to the Terms & Conditions", you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

Orders cannot be modified once submitted, as they are immediately forwarded for processing.

A contract is formed only when the order has been dispatched. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of:

  • obvious pricing or typographical errors,
  • technical errors during the ordering process, or
  • product unavailability.

Our goal is to dispatch your online order as soon as possible, but please allow several business days for the shipment to leave our warehouses. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes for domestic shipping destinations. Additional taxes, duties, or fees for international shipments may be displayed at checkout.

Payment must be completed at the time of order placement using the available payment methods.
No order will be dispatched until full payment has been received.

7. Delivery & Risk Transfer

The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date delivery information.

Dispatch times refer only to order processing and do not include transit time. Delivery is performed by third-party carriers.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, unless Shipping Protection has been purchased.

We are not liable for delivery delays, disruptions, or failures caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. PUFFSTRAINS Shipping Protection

PUFFSTRAINS Shipping Protection is an optional service and not an insurance product.

By purchasing Shipping Protection, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • it entitles you solely to one replacement shipment for qualifying claims,
  • no refunds, credits, or chargebacks are available under this service, and
  • the Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Replacement eligibility, claim deadlines, exclusions, and verification requirements are governed by the Shipping Protection policy displayed during checkout and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods, provided that:

  • the items are unused, unopened, and in original condition, and
  • the withdrawal request is submitted within the statutory period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must contact office@puffstrains.com within the 14-day period.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • opened or used items,
  • products excluded for hygiene or safety reasons, and
  • service fees, including Shipping Protection.

 If you want to return items, please attach our Return Form.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

11. Complaints & Defective Goods

 If you want to return items, please attach our Return Form.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact office@puffstrains.com within 30 days of receipt.

Complaints must include:

  • order number,
  • description of the issue, and
  • photographic or video evidence.

Normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery does not qualify as a defect.

We reserve the right to assess each complaint individually in accordance with applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • misuse of products,
  • legal consequences arising from local laws or regulations, or
  • indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union.

Consumers retain all mandatory rights granted under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in effect at the time of order placement shall apply.
